Wichita Oldtown Bridal Photos are the best and I absolutely adore Karissa’s classic style and her wedding dress is amazing! She told me that she bought it for just over $100 and then the whole thing was taken apart and remade to fit her perfectly. The lace was resewn, the layer under the lace was changed, beading was added. It’s a custom dress and so extremely special.

I also loved that her pearl necklace was her grandmas and that her grandma wore it at her wedding! I love when such special things are passed from generation to generation. Karissa’s engagement ring’s diamond was her mom’s original stone. I’m such a sucker for personal details, and things passed down from through the family so I loved learning about all those little things that made Karissa’s wedding outfits and details so extremely special.

Bridal sessions are an amazing way to really enjoy wearing your dress and taking photos somewhere else other than your hotel room. I am so excited to see so many of my 2017 brides wanting to have their own bridal session! Just look at how beautiful the back of Karissa’s dress is, I just love it!  When the wind works perfectly in your favor, you get hair that looks like this!  I had to bring in Karissa’s husband Aaron in for one photo. I love how he looks like a random guy we pulled from the streets!
